He was also instrumental in setting up the BMW franchise in Colombo, obtaining the franchise rights for Alfa Romeo in Sri Lanka while also spearheading the resurgence of the Ssang Yong brand and making it the market leader in 2010.
In a career in the Automobile industry spanning 35 years, Dr. Perera has been involved in the evolution of brands such as VW, Mazda, Audi, Peugeot, Chrysler, Mitsubishi and Aston Martin. A member of the motor industry in the UK, CAE FIMI he also holds a Diploma in Automobile Engineering from the Ceylon German Technical Institute.
A banker by profession with 21 years’ experience in Administration and Finance in some of the leading banks and ﬁnancial institutions in Sri Lanka.
He is a Chartered Accountant qualified by CIMA and is a Member of the Association of Accounting Technicians of Sri Lanka. An integral part of the organization and its evolution, Mr. Wahid has served on the board for over 13 years.

He holds a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from the University of Texas and is actively involved in Sales, Marketing and International business.
A fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Sri Lanka and the holder of a Bachelor’s Degree in Science, he has commercial and industrial experience in various positions having served 07 years with Coopers and Lybrand (now PwC) in Zambia and 27 years with Ernst &Young, Sri Lanka.
Fellow of The Institute of Chartered Accountants of Sri Lanka, Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants -U.K. ,Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Marketing U.K. Renowned corporate personality and a former Chairman of the Singer Group of Companies serving 25 years as its Managing Director, he is now the Chairman of Sri Lanka Insurance Corporation. Mr. Amarasuriya is also the founder President of the Industrial Association of Sri Lanka.

A Marketer by profession with exposure to several leading international brands during his stints at Unilever and Diageo, Ruvindu heads the group’s marketing team.
As COO, he drives the overall operation of Micro Cars and heads the state of the art factory facility of the company while running its servicing arm Transmec Engineering. He is reputed for leading the operations of Toyota Lanka for over 10 years and has strong roots built-in through the exposure he gained at Singer Group of Companies.

An Accountant by profession, Clifford has being with the Micro Group for over 10 years. A well-known figure in the financial sector, he has been instrumental in building a strong financial foundation for the group to run on. He is currently reading for a Doctorate in Economics and Finance.
A renowned personality in the Automobile industry, Anushka has played a vital role in uplifting the Mercedes Benz brand in Sri Lanka. Today, he drives the premium segment of vehicles sold at Micro through heavyweight brands such as Lamborghini, Alfa Romeo and SsangYong.

Counting the least number of years at Micro among the Senior Management, Dhammika has made a significant contribution to the company by expanding its operations at a rapid pace through the installation of new branches and a solid dealer network. He continues to drive the flagship brands of Micro Cars.
Veteran in the automobile industry having over 3 decades of experience and over 10 years with the Micro Group. He has played a pivotal role in building strong relationships for Micro with key external stakeholders. Today his brands dominate the luxury bus category and supports the growth of Micro Cars through its latest venture, Micro Auto Exchange.
With strong disciplinary exposure from the Sri Lanka Army Engineering University (Kothelawala Defense Academy), he is reputed for his engineering capabilities and had was challenged to lead Micro Constructions to deliver some of the largest projects it has undertaken.
Channa Edirisinghe currently holds the position of General Manager of the lubricant division of Transmec International PTE Ltd, representing MOTUL lubricants - France.
He has over 13 years of experience in the Automotive and Industrial Lubrication industry and has held key senior positions in reputed multinational brands including Shell, ExxonMobil and Sinopec.
Has being a part of Micro group from its inception. He has delivered at a time when the market was highly volatile. Solely managed and delivered to "Shell" transportation keeping in line with its international standards.
